1 Damaged/Defective on Arrival (within 48 hours)
Email info@ykxbattery.com within 48 hours of delivery with order number, photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging and the product. Keep all packaging for inspection. We may require a return for evaluation and will arrange replacement or refund once verified.
2 Order Changes/Cancellation
Contact info@ykxbattery.com ASAP. Changes are possible before shipment only. For customer-initiated returns or exchanges, up to 30% restocking fee and shipping charges may apply.
3 General Returns (within 30 days)
Eligible within 30 days if items are unused, unopened, in original packaging and purchased directly from NewYenk.

Refused/undeliverable/incorrect address: reship at buyer’s cost or refund (restocking may apply).

4 Non-Returnable (Safety/Compliance)
Used/charged/modified batteries; any swollen, punctured, water-damaged or cracked packs; custom/ODM/OEM items; clearance or “final sale”; misuse (e.g., improper storage voltage) and normal capacity fade.
5 RMA Steps
Email request → receive RMA & return address → ship back with all packaging & gifts → send tracking → inspection (3–7 business days) → refund/replacement.
6 Duties/Taxes
International duties/taxes/clearance fees are buyer’s responsibility and are typically non-refundable if returned.
